If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

If your return request meets the criteria above, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Once your return is received and processed, you will be refunded to your original form of payment, less the return shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once your return is received. We do not notify customers when we receive their return package. We recommend hanging onto your return tracking number so you know when it has arrived.
Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition. In this case, items will be returned to sender at the customer's expense and no refund or store credit will be issued. Thank you for understanding!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Swimwear, accessories and seasonal items, such as holiday, may not be returned or exchanged. ANY reduced priced item or sale item is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
